Technical Support Specialist
- Graduate of Computer Science, BS IT, Computer Engineering or other related field
- Basic SQL Knowledge
- With at least 1 year experience in developing requirements, performing analysis, implementing and testing system interfaces
- Documentation and communication skills, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable on various network technologies and equipment
- Hardworking and highly organized
- Flexible and fast-learner
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge in Windows and LINUX Operating Systems is an advantage
- Preferably from 21 to 27 years old
Technical Account Manager
- Graduate of any 4 year degree or course preferably Technical/Engineering, Information Technology or Business Course
- With 2 years Information Technology sales experience focusing on IT products, solutions and services
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Goal oriented, aggressive, and with good presentation skills
- Preferably from 21 to 27 years old
