Better known in the industry as Rocky & Jay, the dynamic partners shared their views on the value of technology and social media in their business. In this issue, Computerworld focuses on the rising popularity of consumer technologies such as social media as strategic tool in leveraging on online business to grow and expand market reach.
The two information technology practitioners look at their IT business as way of life. Jay saw technology just like food in business; it is a necessity rather than luxury. To build a wider scope and flexibility in providing IT solutions, Rocky believes in partnership rather than competition with other IT companies. The dynamic partners shared that the majority of their customers come from their website and as a result of the presence in major social media sites.
